The Funeral Wake

It was held for 3 days~
exhausting days for everyone....
the cremation was held yesterday....

after this...
my perspective about life and death changed..
alittle...
but, strange.
i dont find it scary at all....
no idea why...

life has to go on....

was awaken by Boy George's Karma Chameleon....thought it was my aunt's boss or someone, hid the phone in the drawer.
turns out to be the hospital...

they called my dad instead...
and now, i am left alone at home,and my heart skipped a beat 10 mins ago...
why?
well, grandma left to the hospital with dad.
she found out that she had forgotten to put on her dentures.
so she called and asked me to pass it to her since she is at the door.
i ran out of the room and balanced the container to the door...
i opened the main door...
to find no one there....
i called out for her but no one replied....
so i panicked...
having an over imaginative mind...
i started to think of the supernatural...
and thats when my heart skipped a beat...
in the end grandma went to the wrong level and knocked at the wrong door...
gosh....
now i cant sleep....
reading twilight for the seventh time...


grandma just called..
she said that grandpa may not make it through the night...
hope the doctors can do their best to help him...
giving them the moral support from home....

now i could only move my right thumb....

at least i could remove it to bath and wash....

grandpa's condition seems to be improving...

he is free to go!

went to meet mum this morning to get my boots~

(i think they are there to help his daughter for her science project...)
so he went to look for a plank of wood...
then we tried to knock the plane down..
but after a few attempts we gave up...
then the uncle walk away..

Watched Knowing with my parents last night.

It's a sci-fi version of Noah's ark, instead of a flood its an apocalypse that destroyed the world. A thrilling movie with a touching ending, and i find the way they foresee the future using numbers are freaking cool. A good plot, though the ending is a tad cheesy . But its worth your time and money.

Watched Confessions of a shopaholic with ling, like finally. It really reflects how we have very poor money management-for some people-, since we are in recession now.
A heart-felt story about Rebecca Bloomwood( Isla Fisher) a journalist in a gardening magazine and her love to shop, till she receive a reality check and gets chased by debtors. Losing her job, Rebecca hopes to find a job at a fashion magazine(Alette) but ends up in Successful Savings- a magazine- with a pen name "The girl with the green scarf", meeting her hunky boss(Hugh Dancy)-and not to mention, fall in love~.
As the story goes on, she gone through a lot of mishap, counseling, friendship issues, debtor problem and a bitch.
A great movie with a great plot, but it seems as though the movie is rushing through the events too much that you might find it confusing at times.-You know, when you watch a movie, you might find that its kinda slow, but in this case, you find it a tad fast. Get what i mean?-
Never mind, go watch it yourself, its worth your every cent.

Managed to watch half of season one of Gossip Girl-to kill time- but time doesn't seem to be on my side. The entire day passed on slowly, really slowly. Like man! When ever you need to have more time, you tend to have less. And if you wanted time to go pass quickly, you see the second arrow taking its time ticking. It's killing me. Oh well, at least i still have time to blog before i hit the sheets.

NO. I'm serious. It is actually Goose liver- for those who don't know what it is, trust me i know- i forget to bring my camera along so try imagining it....

Went to watch Gran Torino with Cheryl, Marc, Wayne and GX yesterday. This film is actually named after its "star car"--a 1972 Ford Gran Torino--so I figured the titular vehicle must play a key role. Plus, I was intrigued by the unconventional choice for the automotive "lead."
Well the start of the movie was a tad slow. For people who enjoy action or thriller movies, the poster might be a tad misleading. When we asked what is the movie about, the lady said this,

"Its about him. *point to the poster* Him, the story is about him."

So we made the assumption that the movie was an action movie. Well part of it was due to the poster. So after the movie we realise that it is about him, which the story revolves around the car, the 1972 gran torino, and some Hmong people(immigrants from Southeast Asia).

There's the car. Ain't she a beauty?

An interesting plot i must say. Though there's too much of the F*** and some other words...

A dark humour, heart warming yet heart wrenching movie i must say. Love the plot but it's a little to slow for me.

an interesting book that caught my attention while i was browsing at the book store. its for the young and the young at heart. a story about a boy, Greg Heffley,-more like a day to day basis of what he did- writing in his diary,sorry, JOURNAL. its about school bullying, friendship, siblings and how misunderstanding adults could be at times. feel free to browse through the book when you are at the book store next time. it really brings you back to when you are in high school.

heys~ its been ages since i have last updated~ yup. hahas. well currently i am happily retiring at home, quit working-i think-, catching up those dramas i missed, reading twilight,again,-cause the damn online book seller couldn't get hold of the others-, trying my very best to update whatever social networking sites i have sign up whenever i could, realise that i have an entire shelf filled with 8 Days and another two with mangas-or more-, to think that i am going to add more novels to my collection.

lols, after listing out all the stuff i have done. it doesn't seem that much. rather, it made me realise that my life currently is pretty dull- other than hanging out with you guys- lately. really hope that school will start soon. at least it is better than staying at home...

Watched Detroit Metal City with ling. Gave me a different point of view of the heavy metal world of music and thus, sparked my interest to listen to heavy metal. really.
this movie is for the otaku, rockers, just for laughs and the aunties who are a fan of ken'ichi matsuyama (松山 ケンイチ) aka L.

it is really hilarious and makes you want to get on your feet and rock your heads away with the music. a tad of romance in this movie, but mostly its just for laughs.

it seems as though a bomb that has been there for seventeen years finally exploded. like BOOM!. like that. everything that it has accumlitated for seventeen years just drops on me.

i am sorry that i am not the child you wanted me to be. i am sorry that i had been ungrateful to you. i am sorry that you had pinned such high hopes on me and i had let you down. i am sorry that you are thinking that i felt like an imbecile.i am sorry that i didnt fit your standard of being who you thought i would be. i am sorry that i have never ending sorries that i could never say it out to you. coz you wouldn't listen to a word i say. yes you may say that i am ungrateful and an unfilial girl. but. i am not what you all have thought who i am all this time. i am not what you thought who i am. you talk like you know me inside out. i am sorry.

i just dont get it. why it just cant get into your heads. getting so frustrated at the littlest thing i do. yes. you would say that i am selfish and have got what i wanted. but those were just things. what about how i felt. ever consider that. consider about other things other than yourself. i will the baddie just to keep everything the way they are now, in peace. i dont wish to create anymore dispute and put me as the root of everything. always asking my to go there. if this were to continue i dont know how can i go on any longer. i really dont know what to do. really. i dont wish to hear anything anymore. i need you to understand. but you dont. i can keep this pressure going on. its bad for both of us. but i cant do anything. its for your sake. it for your own good. i am tired. really. tell me what to do coz i really dont know what to do anymore.

heys~ something tragic happened today... my lights blew off..... goans... at first i thought it was because i had spent too much time on the com. but it turned out to be the light... hahas.. there was black out. then flickering of the lights, then blackout again. only light coming from the desktop. sigh. what to do what to do? hahas. got to get the lights changed. hahas. cant wait. one more paper left. whees~ hahas. my mum is going to have an early birthday celebration tmr~ hahas. sorrie guys~ strictly family only. awwww... i would wish to ask you guys to come along though. oh wells. there is always the chalet. hahas. whee~ sweet seventeen this coming Wednesday~ hahas. it marks a new beginning in my life. well rather i would spend more time screaming then enjoying... i'm sure you guys are plotting something mean.. i could sniff it... hahas. oh well.... i love surprises~

hey~ its been awhile since i have last blogged. hahas. anyways its two more days to o level and here i am blogging. haas. anyways. i am so damn pissed lorh! that freaking indo-chinese molested my butt lorh! Fuck him lah. its ben siao jie's ass leh!!!! never see people butt so big before is it?! sighs. what can i do. maybe he did it on accident. but he hinted his freaking fatass friend about he touching my ass. my ass so nice to touch meh?! goans. but anyways what can i do? catch him? scream? i cant do anything right?! i have no evidence that he touched my ass right? sighs. just have to be careful the next time i guess? hahas. anyways. went to meet ms yew this morning. went to meet jairus with bel for breakfast at TM MacDonald's. then went to crash at his house. it your typical guy house. clothes every where and papers here and there. the bed right smack at the bedroom door.what can i say it is a dude's shack. hahas. well its not really that bad though. hahas. have to give him the credit for washing his own clothes and mopping the floor. hahas. me and bel ended up watching kids central while jairus slept. hahas. then we went for lunch at Moy's hawker centre. hahas. didn't knw hui ling opened a hawker centre. XD hahas then have tuition at the Arts centre and went to but new spectacles with bel. then went home. hahas. thats kinda brief and long. hahas. so many things happen today. hahas. anyways gotta study my FnN now~ i think i wouldn't blog till o levels finish on 11 nov. hahas. alright time to hit the books. again~ hahas.
