For the very first time in my 17 years 4 months 22 days- i think- i get to try Foie gras.

NO. I'm serious. It is actually Goose liver- for those who don't know what it is, trust me i know- i forget to bring my camera along so try imagining it....

Okay. For the sake of those who still need to Google what a Foie Gras is, here's a picture of it.


Its similar to the one i ate, just replace the rose mary and veges with cinnamon apples.

Love how it taste!

Well its the best among all the dishes we ordered(Foie Gras).

Though, their Cajun Chicken can't match up to the one at Botak Jones.
